Argentinian in origin chimichurri is an uncooked sauce used both in cooking and as a table condiment for grilled meat. This version is made with parsley, garlic, olive oil, mild and hot Rozie's RelSa.

2 bunches curly parsley

2 tablespoons chopped garlic

1/3 cup mild RelSa

1 tablespoon hot RelSa

1/4 cup olive oil

Combine in food processor on pulse setting. Use immediately or refrigerate in glass jar. Served here with grilled flank steak.
