Classic Ground Bologna Sandwich Spread

This never seems to go out of style and Rozie's made it easier using Rozie's Mild RelSa

The prep is in the jar!


14 ounce ring bologna, remove strings and clips, cut into about 6 chunks

*Substitute leftover ham if you prefer

1/2 cup Rozie's Mild RelSa

1/2 cup Mayonnaise


In the bowl of a food processor add bologna in large chunks and pulse to desired texture.

Remove to mixing bowl and fold in Rozie's Mild RelSa and mayonnaise.

Ready to use or place in sealed bowl in refrigerator until ready to use.
