Crispy Corn Relish/Relsa/Relish

Corn Relish/RelSa/Relish is incredibly easy and too good not to try.


2 cups frozen corn

1 cup Rozie's Mild RelSa

Lovely little tomatoes

Rozie's Mild RelSa brings so much flavor there's no need for a dressing. I serve this relish at room temperature over Flank steak.

Flank steak is prepped with a marinade using Anova sous vide at 126F for 2 hours then finished on a hot Lodge cast iron griddle for about 5 minutes per side. Let rest, slice and you're ready to eat.
