Deviled eggs made devilishly delicious using Rozie's Mild RelSa!
12 large eggs
4 tablespoons Mild RelSa, divided
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Add the eggs in a single layer (do not stack) to a large bottom pan, add water enough to cover eggs. Bring water to a boil and cover pan with a tight fitting lid. Remove from heat and let stand without removing the lid for 13 minutes.
Drain and plunge eggs into ice water for easier peeling.
Peel then halve eggs lengthwise.
Add cooked egg yolks to a medium bowl.
Mash egg yolks with a fork.
To the egg yolks add 2 tablespoons Rozie's Mild RelSa and mayonnaise, mix well.
Add mixture to a pastry bag with a large tip for easier filling of cooked egg white.
Add reserved RelSa atop your deviled eggs and enjoy!
