Holiday RelSa Cranberry Sauce

You'll want this cranberry sauce on your Thanksgiving table this year! In the background you see a photo of Julie Child in her kitchen in France, her husband took that photo. I use this because I believe Julia would find Rozie's RelSa a worthy addition.
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons Rozie’s Mild RelSa
¼ cup water
12 ounces cranberries
Zest from 1 orange
Place sugar, RelSa and lemon juice in a heavy bottom non-stick skillet or saucepan over medium-high heat. Add ½ cup water, then stir with a wooden spoon to dissolve sugar, and simmer 2 minutes.
Add cranberries and orange zest, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and let mixture cook, stirring occasionally, until cranberries have softened and no liquid remains in pan, 15-20 minutes.
Let cool. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
