Hot and Savory Spinach Balls

These spinach balls are tasty little appetizers and easy to have on hand in the freezer for unexpected guests or to get ahead for your next party.


2 packages (10 ounce each) frozen chopped spinach

1 pkg chicken flavored stove top stuffing

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

6 eggs, lightly beaten

½ cup melted butter

½ cup Rozie’s Hot RelSa

Cook spinach per directions and drain – press out all moisture.

Mix ingredients together.

Place mixture in refrigerator for a few minutes making it easier to work with and to form the balls.

Using a 4 teaspoon cookie scoop measure and then roll into balls with your hands. Place balls onto cookie sheet and freeze overnight then transfer to plastic storage bags.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes

Makes 3 dozen balls
