Pico de gallo

Rozie's Hot RelSa brings plenty of flavor to a garden fresh Pico de gallo!


1 large tomato, diced

4 scallions, sliced

½ bunch cilantro, chopped

1 teaspoon lime zest

1 teaspoon Rozie’s Hot RelSa

½ teaspoon salt

Combine ingredients and use with tortilla chips, scrambled eggs, Spanish rice, guacamole, on tacos or like we did here with grilled steak.
