Rockin' the Guac

The best guacamole keeps it simple: ripe avocados, a squeeze of lime, and Rozie's Medium RelSa.


4 ripe avocados

2 tablespoons Rozie’s Hot RelSa plus additional on top

Juice and zest from ½ lime

Slice four ripe avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop them into a mixing bowl. Using a fork, gently mash them to your desired level of chunky or smooth. Add Rozie’s Medium RelSa, lime juice and combine.

That’s it, the most delicious, easy guacamole ever.

Possible additions: cilantro, tomato
