I'll share what's in this bad boy and you can work it out to your liking on a griddle, grill or skillet.
Each burger is 1/2 pound ground beef 80/20 with 1 tablespoon Rozie's Hot RelSa and
1 ounce shredded Monterey Jack cheese (shred it yourself, it melts nicer). The bun is a St Pierre brioche burger bun from Meijer and I can't imagine a more perfect bun for this burger.
