Here's a nice sandwich spread that's barely any prep at all, a favorite from way back when made better with Rozie's Mild RelSa!
Start out with a decent quality ring of bologna, if you have leftover ham by all means use that if you would like and you have a great ham salad.
14 ounce ring of bologna
1/2 cup Rozie's Mild RelSa
1/2 cup mayonnaise
In a food process add bologna in large chunks and pulse to desired texture.
Remove to mixing bowl and fold in Rozie's Mild RelSa and mayonnaise, refrigerate until ready to use.
