SPICY & SASSY LAYERED BEAN DIP

2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans 1 package taco seasoning ¼ cup Rozie’s Mild RelSa 12 ounces cream cheese 1 cup sour cream ¼ cup Rozie’s Hot RelSa 1 cup thick chunky salsa 2 cups shredded Romaine lettuce
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
(sub Mexican cheese blend)
½ cup sliced black olives ¼ cup sliced green olives Cherry tomatoes halved
(sub Roma tomatoes)
4 scallions, greens only
In a medium bowl combine refried beans, taco seasoning mix and Mild RelSa with a hand mixer. Spread mixture onto a large platter.
In another medium bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and Hot RelSa with a hand mixer. Carefully spread over bean mixture.
Top with salsa, lettuce, cheese, olives, tomato, chopped scallions. Serve with tortilla chips.
Everything in this recipe is flexible so do what you love. I could happily sit and eat the ingredients for the first layer right out of a bowl.
