Steak Quesadilla Rozie

¾ pound top sirloin breakfast strip steak ¼ cup Rozie’s Mild RelSa 4 - 10 inch Flour tortillas Pepperjack cheese
For this recipe instead of cooking the steak then slicing it, I sliced it first and cooked it in 1/4 cup heated Rozie's Mild RelSa.
When finished cooking, chop it and shred your pepperjack cheese or use slices.
