Rozie's Ultimate Bean Dip is a quick and inexpensive dip for your party or movie night. The entire cost including the RelSa portion and bag of Fritos is $9.00. Olive oil worked better than other oils or water in this recipe and the liquid from a can of beans added the salt and texture I was looking for. If you're a fan of bean dip you're going to love this one!
Ingredients:
2 - 16 ounce cans pinto beans, drain one, keep liquid in the other
2 tablespoons Rozie's Hot RelSa
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in food processor.
Pour into non-stick skillet and simmer approximately 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
*This 15 minute timing is where I got my preferred texture, simmer longer for a thicker dip.
Serve with more RelSa if you'd like!
