Ultimate Bean Dip

Here's a quick and inexpensive dip for your party or movie night. The beans are a dollar a can, you can't beat this one. The entire cost with the RelSa portion and bag of Fritos is $7.00. Olive oil worked better than other oils or water in the recipe and the liquid from a can of beans added the salt and texture I was looking for. If you're a fan of bean dip you're going to like this one.


Ingredients:


2 - 16 ounce cans pinto beans, drain one, keep liquid in the other 3 tablespoons Rozie’s Hot RelSa 2 tablespoons olive oil Combine all ingredients in food processor. Pour into non-stick skillet and simmer for approximately 15 minutes stirring frequently, that’s where I got my preferred texture. You can simmer longer for a thicker dip. Top with more RelSa if you like!
