Dirty Spicy Rice

Rozie knows how to make it spicy and dirty, another Cajun recipe using Rozie's Hot RelSa. Rozie's Hot RelSa in Cajun dishes saves time, money, ingredients and adds flavor.
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound chicken livers, chopped
1/2 pound hot pork sausage
1/2 small red bell pepper, diced
1/2 small green bell pepper, finely diced
1/3 cup Rozie's Hot RelSa
2 cups chicken stock
2 bay leaves
5 cups cooked rice
1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Fresh minced parsley
In a large heavy saute pan or skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken livers and sausage and cook, stirring, until the meat is browned, 5-7 minutes.
Add red and green bell peppers, RelSa, pepper, and cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
Add chicken stock and bay leaves, bring to a boil then lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the rice and stir thoroughly. Cook until the rice is heated through, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and remove the bay leaves.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
