Cheesy Bread

You'll never look at other cheesy breads the same after trying Rozie's.


14 ounce French or Italian loaf of bread, slice in half lengthwise

½ cup butter, softened

1/3 cup Rozie’s Extra Hot RelSa

6 ounces Mozzarella, shredded

½ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried parsley


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

At this point I like to slice the bread into portions as it's not as easly to slice it after being cooked with the melted cheeses.

Arrange bread on baking sheet, sliced side up.

In a small bowl combined softened butter and RelSa. Spread evenly on bread.

In a medium bowl combine Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Top bread with cheese and sprinkle with dried parsley.

Bake uncovered for about 13-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubly and the edges of the bread is golden and crispy.

Serve warm and toasty!
