Zesty Egg Salad

Rozie's Zesty Egg Salad is easy and so much better than your Mom's - Sorry Mom!
6 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons Rozie's Extra Hot RelSa
Add the eggs to a saucepan and fill with cold water. Bring water to a boil and cover pan with a tight fitting lid. Remove from heat and let stand without removing the lid for 13 minutes.
Take eggs from the water and let cool.
Peel and chop eggs, add to a medium sized bowl.
Add mayonnaise and Rozie's Extra Hot RelSa, mix with spoon or spatula.
Spread on bread or use with your favorite crackers.
