Tzatziki is a dip, soup, or sauce found in Southeast Europe and the Middle East. Here in the US it will seem most familiar on a Gyros. It's generally made of yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice. Herbs may be added such as dill, mint or parsley.
Rozie makes it tastier using Rozie's Medium RelSa, a nice pop of flavor for a simple recipe.
1 ¼ cup Greek yogurt, full fat
¼ cup finely chopped cucumber, no seeds
2 tablespoons Rozie’s Medium RelSa
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon dried dill (variation Mint)
Garnish olive oil and fresh dill
Combine all ingredients to enjoy with grilled naan, fresh veggies, sandwiches, endless possibilities
