Tzatziki

Updated: Mar 2, 2023

Tzatziki is a dip, soup, or sauce found in Southeast Europe and the Middle East. In the US it's most familiar on a Gyros. It's generally made of yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice. Herbs may be added such as dill, mint or parsley.

Rozie makes it tastier using Rozie's Medium RelSa for a nice pop of flavor in a simple recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt, full fat

1/4 cup finely diced cucumber, no seeds

2 tablespoons Rozie's Medium RelSa

1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon dried dill (variation Mint)

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.

Garnish with olive oil and fresh dill

Enjoy with grilled naan, fresh veggies, sandwiches, the possibilities are endless.
